Camouflage (formally known as ‘Click’) is a recently opened nightclub situated in the heart of Soho, located at 84-86 Wardour Street. Camouflage was the most keenly anticipated new venue to the London scene and it was worth the wait: guests visiting the Camouflage club will not be disappointed! The club is owned by Vince Power, who is also responsible for the likes of Ten West and The Pigalle Club, and is the antithesis of all those dim and dingy clubs out there.
This venue has a capacity that is suitable for up to 450 guests and the interior was fashioned by Shaun Clarkson, a notable interior designer. In fact, the interior is fantastic and makes for a truly unforgettable experience. The entrance way and bars are decorated with a huge camouflage print on the walls and everything else is either pure white or a subtle white camouflage from the floor to the ceiling, looking a bit like a huge igloo! The furniture and décor are completely white and it is all very modern and chic. Camouflage is considered to be very futuristic in appearance and guests are sure to find visiting the Camouflage an incredibly unique experience. The lighting is of the latest technology and the LED’s can completely change the color of the walls and indeed the whole look of the club interior. The sound-system is of the best quality, powerful and crystal clear, it will send shivers down your spine as you dance and enjoy the atmosphere at the Camouflage. Camouflage has great music, from up and coming bands to pumping DJ’s. In either case you will not be disappointed. The drinks are reasonably priced and the air conditioning system was apparently incredibly expensive, but worth every penny. There is always a good crowd at Camouflage, with little trouble, and no doubt lots of good times are to be had and new friends to be made. Arrive early to better your chances of getting in, or try and get your name on the guest list. Be aware that they do expect a smart and fashionable mode of dress, and there is no wheelchair access and no disabled toilet. The nearest transport is the Piccadilly Circus Tube. Opening hours are Thursday 18.00-03.00, Friday 18.00-0.400, Saturday 20.00-04.00. Camouflage can be privately hired at other times from Sunday through Wednesday. You need to experience Camouflage if you possibly can! |
